Don't like Frost eh? 😛NICE. Johnny Cage could always do with more respect; he's my favourite character.
I didn't mind Frost at first to be honest, but when it was revealed that she didn't get along with Sonya, and that her arrogance caused her to think she could take over the Liu Kuei by stealing the dragon medallion from Subzero (which she got consumed by her own freezing power due to lacking the strength and discipline to control the medallion), and the other stuff she did afterward, that's when I stopped liking her.
He's always been one of my favorites too, but with that bio, I just see potential in him even more now.

This is WIN. Gawd I hope they don't kill him again.
Yeah.. How kewl it would be if he was the MK champion in this altered timeline instead of Liu Lame. awesome

Onaga was far more powerful, and he had an unbeatable army, but he wasn't the conquering-type, at least not to the extent that Shao Kahn is. So while Onaga possesses more power, Shao Kahn is the greater threat to the realms.
Also, since 'current' Raiden sent back information to 'past' Raiden, 'past' Raiden miight also know about the circumstances concerning Onaga's revival and deception of Shujinko, in addition to the manipulation of Onaga by the OB. Resurrecting him somehow would be killing two birds with one stone.Depends. This is pretty much an alternate timeline, so events may not play out the same. Bi-Han is already dead before the first tournament that Earthrealm wins, so yeah.
~ Does this mean that Shao Kahn won Armageddon? Or that he was just able to overpower and nearly kill Raiden?
Yeah, that's true. Didn't think of it that way. Would also be cool if resurrecting Onaga caused
this kind of scenario to happen, thus him getting his revenge for being backstabbed. awesome
As for your last question there, I'm still thinking the latter. Well, it actually really depends on whether or not the Armageddon intro is actually canon. In the MKA intro, Onaga picked up Shao Kahn and flew off with him. A lot of Kahn's fanboys seem to think that he "won" Armageddon by killing Onaga, went back up the pyramid, and defeated Blaze himself. As you stated though, Onaga is much more powerful, so I don't see Kahn being able to beat him by himself in actual combat. Even in Kahn's non-canon Deception ending, he needed Goro's help to take down the dragon king, so yeah. Therefore, the MKA opening would either have to be non-canon or retconned for Shao Kahn to have possibly won Armageddon. So as it stands, I still think Kahn was just able to overpower Raiden by natural means.

Was Cyber Sub-Zero ever confirmed to be canon? I mean, he might be a What-If? character. That said, if he's canon, I don't think they would introduce a third person who adopts the name 'Sub-Zero' and is a brother to the previous Sub-Zero, but I would not put it past them.
The other proposed explanation is more likely however, IMO.
Also, that new bit on Cage is pretty cool. Hopefully he'll learn about it in the tournament, and then go on to pwn Goro's ass.
That's true, didn't consider that before, either. I mean after all, Ultimate MK3/MK Trilogy had the original Sub-zero and Noob Saibot in the same game (time paradox), so it's possible that Cyber Subzero could be a "what if?".
Same here. I just hope Cyber Subzero isn't canon though with that said, because I would miss seeing human Subzero. Smoke can become a cyborg again for all I care.
lol Yeah, hopefully he will.

Pity the dude can be viewed as extremely cool, or a superb douchebag.
Indeed. The way he's presented as the latter at times is pretty much why he's hated so much by at least half the MK fanbase or so. For the longest time though, the Cage from the first MK movie played by Lindon Ashby was my favorite version of the character ever, but if things go right with Johnny in this game, MK9 Cage may actually surpass the movie Cage for me. mmm
