I never said Thor was slow so stop saying that I am saying that. I didnt bring up Superman, someone attacked me saying "You give Thor the knods over Superman but Superman is fast, why not Thor..." and I gave my reasons why.

I showed Thor reacting at FTL speeds more than a few times. That's enough for him to tag Cell or Vegeta. You can't prove they move at lightspeed in combat let alone above it. Why should I have to find some instance of Thor fighting like a DBZ character when it's shown and proven he can react at the fastest of speeds with next to no warning ahead of time? I've posted more than my fair share of evidence, actual on panel feats and quantifiable strength/speed showings. You have yet to prove that Vegeta is this Flash-lite you're making him out to be.

And considering that Mjolnir can track energy sources in addition to just mentally attacking whoever Thor wants it to, Thor has a legitimate homing attack every time he wants one.

Tracking/Homing + Speeds >>> Lightspeed = Autohit.

I personally think Thor wins (mainly because Mjolnir trumps most of what Cell could deliver), but I am kinda skeptical as to the belief that Thor'd be able to defend against a constant barrage of seemingly ftl, or at least very close to C, strikes coming from multiple points on his person, and defend himself against nearly each one. I don't believe I've seen Thor defend against a very rapid chain of close to C or C+ attacks coming from multiple angles at extreme close range.

FTR, Z characters can fire off auto tracking attacks too.

I've given up.I really want cell to win and personally I think he can melee him but they have provided to much evidence for me to counter.

They can guide their attacks upon firing them, yes but I've seen very few attacks home in on their target independent of the user.

I don't understand why people still think firing multiple attacks that come from different directions would be a problem for Thor.

1) He can defend himself with everything from a vortex to a force field.

2) He can simply will Mjolnir to absorb all of the energy attacks. Once again, Mjolnir can absorb energies from all directions. Thor absorbed the magnetic energy of the entire Galaxy with Mjolnir at one time (Probably hyperbole but you get the idea.).

3) He could simply tank that shit.

Thor is more powerful. Won't help in a fight. Cell is going to be all over Thor with Planet Shattering blows and he's just that fast. Those DBZ characters are just like insane martial artist with Superman like strength.

Also, enough with the ridiculous hyperbole. No one in DBZ is shattering shit close to a planet via melee attacks.

I also know for a fact that thor or superman cant pull this speed feat off as well. Use the same clip from above but just fast forward it to 16 minutes and 53 seconds. Cell is much faster, Thor is getting ****ed up if you ask me but you did make a point about energy drain but that will not happen here because he will not get the chance.
