2.- He just got a punch in the face by Maxima
3.- PRE-DOS Superman < Current Superman
Gas station makes sense
Galactus description of SS's powers means nothing, He has described himself as a OMNIPOTENT, OMNISCIENT and We know He is wrong on those statements.
I will not go as far as saying that a chimney KO Surfer is the meassure of what He can take, but certantly it implies that He can get KO by forces less than Planet busting or forces that can be delivered by guys like Thor, Superman, Captain Marvel, etc, etc

Its actually pretty obvious that since supes had taken a beating across half the nation for most of the day his power levels were depleting.

Things made in krypton hurt him by virtue of being kryptonian? I'm skeptical. A punch in the face from maxima? haha. And his level of durabilty back then was also far above getting koed by a gas station.
Galactus' description is dead on and has been backed by SS's feats. We've seen him tanking planet shattering atacks and withstanding heat orders of maginitude above starcores. Your cherry picking of his lowest end feats that just show him getting knocked on his ass, not really koed, and mostly from his exile on earth is sad. He has been swated down by galactus and similar beings repeatedly and kept on fighting. He's taken heavy, aimed to kill punishment from T and A and survived, in horrible shape, but survived.
He is widelly considered the most durable herald even by people who aren't his fans and he is also more powerfull today than he's ever been before btw.

then, at the risk of sounding rude, you need to read more threads. i know surfer gets wanked more than most, but i've never seen any kind of majority opinion, especially with him.
Describe levels for characters including surfer are we going by peak, overall, ignoring PIS because the characters on that list are all high tier and the high tier just fluctuates from the power of "my will is law" to "i can be beaten by skilled peak humans"
specify where you want their levels to be at for the fight and I will call it based on that because most of these characters at peak could solo most of the other people on that list no problem if they are at normal levels.
