Ok, so they use a form of host body to interact with the physical world (in their own medium).
correct.

Soul Society - Bleach version of Heaven (This is where the Shinigami live)
Hueco Mundo - Bleach version of Hell (This is where the Hollow live)
Living World - Bleach version of Earth (This is where humans live)

When people die, if they have a corrupted soul, they become hollow and eat the souls of the humans who are still alive. A shinigami bascially lives to kill (or reap) the hollow.

Hollow and Shinigami cannot be seen in the living world ordinarily, but there are these things (gigai) which are basically meat-suits that the Shinigami can place thier spirit into and walk around living world as if they ar human.

Their abilities are supernatural though, right?

correct.

Also, should clarify in a neutral battlefield what exactly that means for the Bleach characters, can they become intangible as they apparently can in-universe in the living world?
nah, i think we're just treating them as if they have tangible bodies, but retain their powers/abilities.

Souls in Bleach ALWAYS have tangible bodies.

This is shown when Chad, a normal human, albeit a very VERY strong one, was able to beat down a Hollow with nothing but a telephone pole.

Ichigo was also able to touch Rukia in like the first or second chapter.

Also, Hueco Mundo is not Hell, Hell is actually a different and separate place, first brought up when the Hollow Shrieker was killed.

Shinigami are very much tangible.

So it's like Bleach's purgatory?

i dunno what you're talking about. Shinigami/hollow can't be seen or touched by normal humans... that's what the gigai are for. However, Shinigami/hollow can interact with the living world and spiritually aware humans just fine.

But Shinigami/Hollow do not have physical bodies... have you ever seen the movie "Ghost"?

So as a synopsis:

The WW argument is that she just blitzes and one shots all 13 of them in the first few seconds

whereas,

The Bleach argument is that they have a myriad of abilities at their disposal, including time slow, darkness projection, and voodoo dolls, which, when used in conjunction, can nullify that speed advantage and take Diana out?

Which makes the argument for the Diana side sound simplistic and unrealistic, so I think it'd be fair to elaborate:

Diana happens to have at her disposal not only top tier skill, but a ridiculous amount of insurmountable defenses, and one-shot offenses, which make the plan of just tearing through Bleach with proven speed actually reasonable.

Darkness projection? Diana has fought Zoom while blind and won, whereas the 12 members of Bleach who would be blinded have not.

Voodoo dolls? When we investigate a little, we realize it's not an insta-move that could be pulled off in the circumstances given with the time allotted before Diana moves.

Time slow? Diana can lasso before he even applies it.

For every possible argument they can raise, Diana has a ridiculous item or superpower that surmounts it. Illusions? She has her lasso that dispels all illusions, and the eyes of the goddess of truth. Fast moving blades? She's got deflecting feats that make the notion of blades laughable. Any non-extreme or non-area attack? She can block it with her unbreakable bracers. Extreme area attacks? She can summon an unbreakable aegis shield by crossing her braces, or just use her > C speed to move out of the way.

I haven't even touched on her strength, or her lightning, or her tiara, or her skills, though the clincher to all of this is that she actually has the skill, tactics and speed showings to prove she could pull off such a strategy even in the face of these numbers.

It's just a long, ridiculous list designed to be insurmountable unless you're outright more powerful than she is, which none of these characters are.

That's who Diana is.

Wonder Woman speed blitzes.
fixed. 😂

^ not very funny marwash

He said more then just that. That lasso, eye of truth, and the rest of her versatile tool box seems to be very sufficient against those Bleach characters cheap tricks.

Uh... no they don't. That's the whole point of gigai.

Rukia walks through the wall into Ichigo's room in the first chapter. And Ichigo is half-Shinigami anyway.

Chad beat down a Hollow with a telephone pole. 😐

Cannot be seen, sure, but they can definately be touched. Shit, Hollows even physically touch the ground they walk on.

Edit: People love to bash speedblitzing as a tactic, but when the opponent is so much ridiculously faster than any of her opponents that they are practically standing still, it is perfectly viable.

What part of interacting with the living world escapes you? Again, have you seen the movie "Ghost"?

The tangible thing about Hollows and Shinigami is very vague tbh...
You need a very dedicated fan to answer these kind of questions.

I think the reason Chad was able to hit that hollow was because of his exposure to Ichigos presence, or something like that.

But all i gotta say is that the Author to that series is terrible.

I guess I just imagined it when Chad beat one down with a telephone pole. 😐

Incorrect. Rukia traveled from Soul Society to the human world via the Hell Butterfly. Ichigo then kicks Rukia. By this point Ichigo is not a half Shinigami, he is a human with latent Shinigami powers that Rukia had to unlock for him.

Do you not know the meaning of tangible?

It means they can be touched.

Like by a telephone pole.

I watched the anime before I looked at the manga and that was how it was interpretted. But manga takes precedence as canon so I'll agree to that.

Ichigo's reiatsu and the Hougyoku gave Orihime, Chad and others around him the ability to see and interact with the spiritual, as far as I'm aware.

That doesn't mean that Souls are always tangible in Bleach.

Hollow passing through wall. http://manga.bleachexile.com/bleach-chapter-3-page-19.html

A normal person can't swing around a telephone pole (assuming they have the strength to do so) and hit ghosts, again as far as I'm aware.

Isshin is a Shinigami. Isshin is Ichigo's father. 😐

Before that when he smacked that Hollow, he didn't have any powers whatsoever(Rukia even notes it in her thoughts while watching him swing away wildly trying to hit the Hollow).

I believe in a chapter of...4 months ago? Aizen mentioned something about Ichigo being an experiment of some kind since he was born.

I don't remember well, be he said something like that. Anyone remember?

I know what you're talking about, but the only time frame that fits in is when Rukia and Sado had drawn that Hollow out into the park since that's where he finally awakened his powers.

Yay.

That's true, but by the time Chad was playing baseball with Hollows, he explicitly had no spiritual awareness or powers, he was a normal human.

They sure as hell seem to be.

Actually look closer, where the Hollow is protruding from is in front of the wall. Hollows are able to pass from Hueco Mundo to the human world at will, in fact tha air around the Hollow was shown to be cracked, yet the cracks disappeared when it left, and there was no hole.

Chad was never physically a normal person. A steel girder bent over his head when it fell on him. Hollows are tangible, so someone with strength like Chad can in fact hit them, in fact he was even shown to clock them with his bare fist.

Isshin fathered Ichigo in a human Gigai though. At least I assume he did. 😐

If Hollow can enter and exit Hueco Mundo at will then why are the vast majority stuck in the wasteland... Don't the Espada rely on garganta to enter and exit?

The little girl stuck by that lamp post at the beginning of the series, anyone can just come along and clock her, even though she's a ghost? It doesn't make sense to me.

Nor does Ichigo being half gigai...? 😖

It's been a long time since I acquainted myself with the basics of the series. It could just be the series being horribly inconsistent I guess.
