Why? Because of the short hair? It's not even shaven all the way. Well yeah, a lesser man(e.g.: you) would look pretty damn douchy in that shirt, but not Mark Vanderloo.

The crew-cut combined with the tattoo running up the side of his neck gives him a neo-nazi look, yes. On the other hand, his last name is "Vanderloo", and he's Canadian. Those two things alone make him worthy of laughter.

Because all Neo-Nazi's have a button up collared, opened up and with black dress pants.

I'm not sure how clothing has anything to do with being a Neo-Nazi. I've seen Neo-Nazis IRL, they wear normal clothing.

As I said before, it's the tatoos marked all over the place (I can see the one on the neck, plus one more slightly visible on the right side of his chest) combined with the close-cropped hair that gives him "that skinhead look".

I'm not sure why this is an issue. I didn't say he was a skinhead, I said he looks like one. Skinheads have an iconic look and he matches it.

First of all, this manly man's man is Dutch(one of the manliest nations on the planet), not Canadian. Not to say that Canadians aren't manly or anything. Secondly, I've met Neo-Nazis that have long hair and no(at least not visible) tattoos whose views would make Hitler himself feel uncomfortable.

EDIT: I suppose I can understand how his looks may make lesser (wo)men feel intimidated or uncomfortable.

I've been creating a fan fic in my mind the last few days of the Mass Effect universe crossing with Doctor Who, and how the Doctor would deal with the Reapers. It's been pretty awesome.
