Bioware's hinted that it will be free. With the outcry I wouldn't be surprised.

Dude...if they release a free DLC that functions as a massive expansion pack that also wraps up the story, that would be badass.

I think Bioware would completely redeem itself, at that point. Not even the most reasonable, but cynical fan, would be disappointed with that. Unless, of course, they ruin it with more unanswered questions. lol

I guess I don't let a ending ruin 120 hours of gameplay over three games that I enjoyed immensely.

Yeah, it wasn't the greatest ending but I didn't think it was as horrible as people say it is.

I think that people had an expectation for the ending which couldn't be fullfilled. The idea that your choices did not reflect in the ending is minor because throughout the series, your choices always affected the story progress. I think maybe it was impossible to create endings that catered to the hundreds of choices you made without making the ending feel like some sort of spreadsheet.

Here's what I had to say about his 10 points:

I was with you on all points except for one point you made in #10. With the green ending, everyone can STILL be different, even though they are all technologically bound as synthetics. The "similarity" is the same as saying, "Well, we can all reason." or "Well, we can all do calculus (if you get the ME2 reference)." They would still be their own species but it eliminates the reason for enmity between synthetic life and biological life. So, no, it doesn't homogenize everyone and everything.
