Still dumb as hell.
So he came back as a jedi ghost? Man is everything gonna be messed up when we port our saves to the next Mass Effect game if we chose Synthesis.

There is no next Mass Effect game in Synthesis. The galaxy is at peace, all the conflicts are resolved, everyone understands each other perfectly and the Reapers are allies and helping put back everything they destroyed (except for the trillions of beings they massacred).

Maybe our galaxy will be invaded by a race from a different galaxy equivalent to (if not more deadly than) the Reapers and having said synthetic-organic machines through either Control or Synthesis would be a nice bonus if we need to rack up more war assets in the conclusion of the next trilogy.
For the record, I was not serious but it wouldn't surprise me if that happened.
But speaking of the next Mass Effect, since the war with the Reapers has been dealt with, what will be coming next time and if the new enemy is the kind to threaten the whole galaxy, are we really gonna have the Reapers just take care of it for us if we chose the Control ending?
Last night I completed my first playthrough of the series as femshep.
At first it was really jarring. I'd played through the series no less than 8 times over the course of the last 4 years as default Male shep everytime. So now having that character become female was extremely odd and at times distracting. For me it felt like if Han Solo suddenly became a woman during a viewing of Star Wars, default male shep was that iconic to me.
I was also confused as to why people constantly say that Jennifer Hale's voice acting is so much better than Meer's. While I'll submit that in Mass Effect 3 her's was quite good, her voice acting in ME2 was bland and lifeless when compared to Meer's. It felt like she phoned it in during ME2, which was disappointing after hearing how good she could be in ME3. It's worth noting that I skipped ME1 during this playthrough, I simply didn't feel like playing that one again so I made all the decisions via the Genesis interactive comic at the beginning of ME2.
All that said, by the end I really liked fem shep. I decided to romance Garrus and I have to say that fem shep and garrus have by far the best chemistry of any of the romance options. The connection they have feels great and poignant and makes the ending of the series extremely heart breaking and powerful.
Also, playing through the series again with the new endings makes me really like them.
Spoiler:
I felt that the synthesis ending was very fitting to the tone and theme of the games this time around. And EDI's voice over at the end is really moving.
It's also a shame that there isn't a good default fem shep face. It's very hard to make an attractive and personality filled face in these games from scratch. The texturing of the faces is simply much worse than those of other characters and the default male shep. Their skin looks kinda like clay.

I thought the Default Fem shep face from Mass Effect 3 was pretty good. Much better than what it had been at least.
It's better. Though I'm not a fan of the design. The bone structure looks strange and I'm not big on red hair.

Of course. Several times. Doing it now, actually.
The rumored Leviathan DLC has just been confirmed. Coming later this summer (which means in the next few weeks, most likely).

It's going to give more information about the reaper's history and cost $10.
Also apparently this DLC will alter the ending in some way.

There are no specifics as to how, but if I were to venture a guess it'd be just a new image slide during the epilogue or something. Would be pretty neat if it drastically altered it in some way, though I doubt that.

A rogue reaper makes me hope Bioware is telling us we'll get a Harbinger boss battle as he tells the god child he ain't gonna sit idly by as Shepard decides the fate of his species. Something that should've happened already.
