USH'S MATRIX GAME- Operation Samhain

Let's see...PW, BS, IB, and, umm, hm. CF I suppose 😛

Those of us fighting unarmed/melee should get the ones at the center, and you gunners should split yourselves between the north and south zombies. North has more, so worry about that a bit more, but don't just let the southern ones do as they please.

San is going to go stabby at a zombie at barricade D.

Avatar, dressed in his bushman get up, will be carrying both a pistol and a knife, though he expresses his annoyance that he wasn't able to acquire his usual bowie knife.

Okay! Lets see... 10B, EE, StS, LR as my active powers, please.

"Alright mates, looks like the game is on," Avatar says in his strong Aussie accent. "May the best fella come out on top."

Avatar the proceeds to open fire on one of the Zombies by Barricade A.

Are you going for a headshot, Avatar?

(Note- that's not a normal game mechanic, but it's thematic to your opponents!)

Cassandra will have LA, PW, SS, BS, IB and HT active.

And follow San to stab some Zombies at Barricade D with her knife.

Hawk will cap two zombies at Barricade B in the head. "Damnit, I need me some swords..."

KW, CC, EE, LR in as Klez's powers.

Klez targets a zombie or two at Barricade C and starts shooting away, lining up a pair of headshots.

Sirin will have LA, DM, HL, CC, and EE active. 🙂

She will shoot to the south at the zombies at barricade G. Headshots only!

Burn will be rolling CC, EE, LR and StS.

Looking almost loathingly at the gun he is currently holding, Burn sighs, "Alright, I guess I'll play nice, for now."
and the, almost lazily he shoots at 2 Zombies at Barricade B. Headshots.

LA, SE, HT, HL!

Melis will run over to Barricade E and fight off the zombies there.

Heph goes with Melis to kick down a zombie at Barricade E.

HL, HT, PW, SE, VG! Grasshopper inactive though.

PW, KW, CC, LR, StS please.

Corley opens up on zombies at Barricade F, going for headshots.

PW LA HL HT I think. Interesting to see how the powers relate to Star Wars schticks.

If there are any zombies left there, Fy chases after San and Cass to kill a zombie before they break through.

KW LA SS and... HT.

Mors tries shooting at a zombie at Barricade B.

Okay! Enough of you have posted that I will go ahead and do the first update. Happy Halloween, everyone.

2-1 initiative puts it in your hands to start things off.

San, Cass, and Fy all run over to D to fight zombies! They are met with snarling, rotting hands reaching through, trying to break down the barricade. In true Matrix fashion, San and Cass unleash snappy knife attacks; San gets ten successes between her two attacks and Cass six, reaching through the criss-crossed wood planks to slash up the undead. Fy follows their example and breaks a zombie's arm... off. Have points.

On the other side, Melis and Heph leap into action! Heph can be proud of his seven 5s as he knocks a zombie away from the door, while Mel only gets four successes to kick a zombie down. The remaining zombie tries to break down the barricade but to no avail.

Now, the shooters gunning north! There is a great cacaphony as your pistols pop off shots. The barriers blocking the doors and windows give the walking dead a point of cover. Avatar nearly misses but gets his kill! Burn doesn't have that problem, though; two clean headshots through the barricade. Hawk finishes off the last zombie outside B, leaving Mors with no target. Klez gets his two at C.

And to the south, the Natural gunner girls! Sirin misses one of her targets but gets the other. Ares picks up her slack and then Corley shows her up.

The remaining zombies do a little damage to the barricades. More are coming!
