Yet, people are acting like it's a given and we've seen this on panel, when in fact we've NOT seen this on panel.

Do you know EXACTLY how fast they are? If you do please inform me how how it ACTUALLY took him to finish that sentence? The point is, even if we accept the pure conjecture on people's part to assume that was millons of punches in exponentionally less time than a second.. it still is conjecture no matter which way you say it. However, lets say it's true and Zoom did... Where is the scan of FLASH doing any such thing. I've asked for scans of BOTH doing this NUMEROUS times. You mean to tell me in ALL of flash's apperances he's NEVER been shown to throw even 100,000 punches in MUCH LESS than a second in a combat situation?
Seeing as he was talking so fast that nobody can understand him except an amped Flash I'd be willing to say it was quicker than a second for quite obvious reasons. Unless we're going to keep lowballing the characters.
I'm not going to sit here and try to force you to believe things that should be common knowledge, you are welcome to disagree. At the end of the day both characters are frozen to Zoom and Flash so they cannot win.
