b.) In a more recent encounter, Zoom was able to easily/effortlessly break free of her lasso, while also dealing with the likes of Hal and Superman. This tells me that she may have been able to contain him when he was a noob, but certainly not after he became accustomed to his powers.

there is no way really wondy or anyone short of flash can beat Zoom
her lasso would be frozen in time to zoom
also, remember, she kicked a few rocks to disorient zoom because apparently she knew where he was going to be...which is ridiculous because those rocks again might as well be statues to zoom
if you take that 1 second feat where he was fighting flash...then even zoom at 10x slower speed would see wondy as a statue, even at 100x slower speed, wondy would still be a statue....maybe if he slows down to 1 million times slower speed, then perhaps wondy would be moving in slow motion relative to him
