So yeah, Surfer would need to turn off the timestream (and more specifically, Zoom's personal time bubble) to cut him off from his powers. He'd also need to do this while simultaneously being frozen in time.

So prove he can do both of the above, and I'll believe you. Until then I'll just write your argument off as gibberish. 🙂

flash isnt even needed tbh. from zooms point of view time is stopped around him. so hes literally got all the time in the world to deliver all the 'supermanish' attacks he wants... and thanos/surfer will be completely powerless to stop it.
