Plus, it wouldn't even matter if they're slightly faster....because they aren't fast enough to cross the .5km starting distance before Thor can react.
They are in a solid adamantium arena limited to melee combat... what exactly is he going to do before they get into melee range? Shout insults?

again you prove to have serious context issues since the OP stated its an adamantium arena so that cancels your 5 km bullshit so again..... context? not for you 🙂

Gorgon is faster than Wolverine.
Originally posted by srankmissingninRight, Wolverine's speed helped him get two-shotted by a Thor who was holding back. A-maaazing speed.
Wolverine is faster than Thor.
Originally posted by srankmissingninYour sh1tty strawman notwithstanding, Thor didn't need to be Superman when dealing with all the speedsters he's dealt with in the past on-panel. And Thor doesn't need to be Superman to beat Gorgon or Omega Red.
Thor can fly at FTL. Thor can't fight at FTL. Thor isn't Superman.

80 plus pages... ridiculous.
Originally posted by Silent MasterNowhere. The "most adamantium appearances were retconned into secondary adamantium" myth has been busted. Another pointless (but amusing) attempt to tangentially aggrandize Wolverine.
Where was that statue stated to be secondary?

No it doesn't, it just makes it a rather large arena.
can you humiliate yourself even more? 😬
the purpose of an arena is to put fighters in a closed place giving them enough space to fight but yet being closed inside the arena , arenas arent that big and there is no reason to create a 5 km arena since it wont serve the purpose it should, your 5 km imaginary arena which make no sense is just as wrong as you because the OP intended to put them in a closed place thats why he mentioned arena otherwise he would just state its taking place in open field
once again you fail

Quote the rule where it states that placing a fight in an arena negates the starting distance.

Of course, you just want everybody else except yourself to prove that Thor wins the majority. Because somehow demanding people make your own arguments for you means you're debating superiorly.
Hint: No, it's not. It's just exacerbating your own butt-hurt.

when a setting is given, the default distance no longer matters. (ie if I said fight takes place inside a room, obviously they can't be .5km apart)
