AnnaLynne McCord, the young sexy temptress of NIP/TUCK, is said to have been offered a role in Dimension Films' sequel. No other details were given. As we reported earlier this year, this will be a "younger" version of the early SCREAM films from the 90's and will kick off a whole new trilogy. Wes Craven hasn't ruled out directing just yet.
I have no idea what she is like, don't watch Nip/Tuck, is this a good casting choice?
She is a hottie in Nip Tuc and her actin is not too bad.
anyways.... Scream 4, heard about this a while ago and I was just pissed off. Scream Trilogy.... with a 4th? :L haha jesus.
there is no need, nobody really wants to see more Scream Movies. Its always a case of "who dun it?" and it just drags on for ages.
If The Arquettes are in it then it should be ok, I like franchises who stick to familiar faces. The story will be naf,
She isnt going to accept the part. I dont see why though, its not like she has anything else going for herself.
Probably fed up of being the actress who played Cambell.
It'll be a new storyline, mostly because they are moving in a new direction with a whole new trilogy.
Will it actually be called "Scream 4" ?
She isnt going to accept the part. I dont see why though, its not like she has anything else going for herself.
I believe she is doing television and theatre at the moment and a few films. Not like she is out of work. I still hope she still tells them to bugger off and not do another Scream film. The trilogy ended perfectly.
Neve Campbell has signed on to return as Sidney Prescott while Wes Craven is in talks to direct SCREAM 4 for Dimension Films reports Variety. With The Weinstein Company's finances and future on shaky ground, Dimension topper Bob Weinstein is playing it safe and bringing back both familiar faces and titles to the Dimension genre label. Though talked about for a while with the hiring of previous cast members Courteney Cox and David Arquette, the fourth film was looking to be a different kind of affair with neither Campbell or Craven involved. Today's news though, along with word that the film already has an April/May shooting date targeted, means that the film has suddenly become a much more high profile project.
A good story will involve her not getting killed.
An interesting "tweet" out of director Wes Craven as he exclaims, ""I had dinner with KW last night, and the script sounds fantastic!" KW is Kevin Williamson, who has been working diligently on a screenplay for SCREAM 4. Craven gad stated that if he liked the story and they paid him enough that he'd return to the franchise he created.
