What are you trying to prove? If he gets to quote Pip, so do I. That you don't like Pip pointing out Thor can give Thanos a run for his money on a normal day doesn't change that.

Pip considers Thor a heavy hitter, more so than other heralds. It's in line with that arc and Starlin's other portrayals of Thor. Still, Thanos > Thor under Starlin but to a noticeably lesser extent than Surfer from what I've seen. He'd hold his own. Surfer would be lucky to knock Thanos back with his attacks.

I'm not using it as hard evidence. Heck, I only mentioned it because he did. But only an idiot would deny that he was a narrating tool to show how awesome Thanos and Thor to an extent are. As such, I can't ignore it; it influences my opinion.

I say use a variety of things and characterization.

10 pages and not a single ****ing answer. So far this is what's been said: 1. Thanos is superior because Marvel says so. (So?) 2. Thanos is superior because he's beaten Surfer.(So? SS beats SM only by solar suck)3. Thanos is better because he beat a weak version of Hulk and beat Thing 4. Thanos is superior because he ALMOST didn't get owned by a skyfather. (superman beats SFs) 5. Although Thanos has no strength feats at all, Thanos is WAY stronger because he's never been given a limit to how strong he is. 6. Although Thanos has never once shown more powerful blasts than Superman, Thanos has WAY more powerful blasts because he's never claimed a limit. 7. Although Thanos has no speed feats he is WAY faster since he hasn't listed a limit . 8. Thanos is more durable because umm....thanos is more durable. (he got stabbed by wolv)9. Thanos is smarter because he's outsmarted normal people. 10. Although Superman has been immune to TP from tp with better feats than Thanos, Superman can't handle HIS TP

You won't because you can't. No one can. You can't even prove he's equal to Superman....or Cap Marvel.....Black Adam.....Strange....or even Surfer for that matter. He's got more fanboys than feats.
