Dodge? Why would they dodge? They know Cyrax has a bomb, they know Smoke has missiles. Why would they allow them to get close enough to use them? Also, Bullets travel WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY faster than it takes for Cyrax's bomb to arm or Smoke to fire his missile.

No. Automatic gunfire tears through them. Rips them to pieces.

So, having said that, where are the MK bullet dodging feats? Did it ever occur to you that there were no one with guns in the MK movies? Wanna know why? Because the Earth fighters chosen to participate in the tournament (besides Sonja) were not gun wielders. Think about it, say an extermination squad led by Cyrax is after Tony Montana. They invade his mansion, come at him like they did in Scarface. Tony is gonna mow down the cannon fodder like dominos. Cyrax? He showed no bullet dodging feats, Tony cuts him to pieces. And the flesh eating nanobites? Cyrax had to get within close range to use them. LOL at Cyrax trying to get that close to Tony, Tony'd tear him apart with his machine gun.

Think about the following:

Smoke against McClane, Mac armed with a machine gun.

The MK cannon fodder against a squad of SEALS.

Cyrax against Riggs.

Sindel who's sonic attack was powerful enough to shatter a mountain which gives them the biggest advantage in this fight cause your guys can't shoot if there ear's are bleeding and there brains being turned to mush.

There is no point in listing there many better and numerous feats as his excuse will be machine gun fire every time, forgot about the sindel blowing up a mountain..

They're not superhuman haermm They'd all fall easily to a chest shot or a head shot. They have no bullet dodging abilities. They move at human speeds and fight with human strength and can be injured/killed the same way as a human.
