I'm not questioning your point.

Just saying that writers have been very careful not to call the dog 'God'. The fact that they made it a point to have Constantine state that he didn't think the dog was God--in an inner-monologue to himself--helps give credence to my point, imo. John may not be a proverbial 'believer', but he's certainly not stupid either.

Though the dog has certainly come off as God thus far, I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up being something else entirely. Hope not, but I think the possibility is there.

Oh okay, my bad i misunderstood you.

Doesn't seem Zaureil is getting depowered.

Nice. 👆

JLD, PS, Constantine, and Pandora are easily my favorite ongoing titles(and have been for a while now)-- each issue has been stellar. I haven't enjoyed the DCnU more than I am now.

DC's solits are finally out. Some things that stand out are:

Hercules first debut in the 52. In Aquaman.

Justice League Dark gets a new leader.

Bane Vs Batman!

Green Arrow: Outsiders War featuring Katana.

Looks like the old Stormwatch team is back and will also still have a role in the 52 after the series ends.

Black Manta in Suicide Squad?

Phantom Stranger still going. And it looks like we'll meet Sin Eater's master.

Vandal Savage in Swamp Thing.

Who is Spellbinder?

Return of the "Legendary" G'Nort!

Thank. God.

Now please tell me the creative team is changing too?

I enjoyed Stormwatch until that bullshit started and it became total garbage.

Stormwatch is ending. However, this is what the preview said:

A “FUTURES END” prelude! The original Stormwatch team returns, as this story sets up the organization’s role in the future of the DC Universe

It's safe to say that Stormwatch will play a role in Futures End. A weekly series starting in May.

Also like this.

Kyle and the New Guardians are trapped between X’Hal and the Godkillers! Both have the power to destroy dozens of planets…so how does Kyle choose who to stop first?

Looks like these God Killers are packing some serious power.

All the cancellations and ending books

Nightwing and Stormwatch, most obviously. Titans and Justice League of America. Superman Unchained. And finally Suicide Squad.

JLA and Unchained are the only ones that surprise me. The rest need to go away.

JLA's having *some* form of replacement (JL-something), Unchained surprised me too, none of the rest were the slightest shock. Especially not Stormwatch. And, well, I'd already known about Titans so it'd be hard to surprise me with that.

Why is Unchained a surprise? They said it was going to be 9 issues total. JLA is ending to make way for another Justice League team in May or June.

Well, better to put it out of its misery than continue as it has been.

Welcome back Animal Man. Hopefully this ability carries over to JLU.

I'm surprised they aren't trying to milk Unchained with all they can get. JLA wasn't a bad book, so hoping the replacement is asenjoyable.

****ing Nightwing though. I really liked that book, even if the quality yo-yo'd.

Nightwing is a major surprise, however im sure Grayson will return perhaps as another character.. hmmmmm, i wonder...

Eww, no.

Pandora, Wonder Woman, and Animal Man were good. Everything else was mediocre, imo.

On a sidenote: they really need to pick up the pace with Forever Evil-- it's been stale for a few months now(the Blight arc is definitely overshadowing it.) I do like the push for the Metal Men, however. 👆

New Guardians was good this week.
