Not that anybody cares but i will run this scenario in the marvel saga system(roleplaying) and i will post the results-i think it will be interesting
i think wolvie will get some wins- not the majority, but we will see ,i will probably do the fight friday night,i will try to do it tonight if i have time

So this is a grounded Thor in melee combat against Wolverine without Mjolnir? Then Wolverine wins the majority. Maybe you're right, however I think I read enough his own books, his guest appearances, Avengers comics to have sufficient knowledge about Thunder God 😉 Is he powerful? Oh yes. Is he a weather manipulation master? Sure. Is his hammer one of the most dangerous weapons? Ofc.
He has proven high degree of invulnerability and vast strength. Godspeed also sometimes, but fight speed and reactions are mainly the another story as we saw in his fights vs DD, Cap, Iron Man and so on.
Thing is, we're talking about ground fight. Thor has no Mjolnir or Odinforce allowing him to blast Logan so hard to partly or even completely melt him down (it depends on the time he spent godforce blasting his enemy).
Wolverine has proven over the years that he can fight powerhouses. Win or lose, he always puts up a good fight.
For example his first appearance. He has fought both Wendigo and Hulk. Full force of his claws even KOed Wendy. He went toe to toe with The Incredible Hulk then. His hyper senses allowed him to partly dodge Hulk's sneak attack and thanks to it, Wolverine was unconscious less time that would be after straight hit... this feat is well-known. Then writers weren't sure about this whole adamantium thing and healing factor, it came out a bit later.
Right after joining X-Men there were many feats Wolvie did, for example (as jinzin's said) defeating Kierrok or Mandroids... he even was near killing Warhawk, the guy whose abilities are similar to those of Colossus. And these all were at early appearances.
Now, Wolvie's true potential has been unleashed thanks to "the countless hours in Danger Room", many adventures and partly thanks to Hydra which made him once more formidable than ever. Wolverine stabbed Grey Hulk, deeply slashed even Savage one, defeated Namor, Iron Man, Hercules and so on...
Yes, there are not many streetlevelers which go toe to toe with powerhouses but still there are. Wolverine fight The Hulk. Daredevil fights Mr Hyde. Captain America fights Loki (OK he died and later was revived by Thor, but he put up a good fight, u all know...). Spider-Man fights Morlun... etc., etc.
Wolverine is simply one of the best ground fighters. If his opponent doesn't fly, is vulnerable to razor sharpened adamantium claws and doesn't posses enough fight speed to humiliate him, he can take a fight in the majority. And the most important thing. Thor doesn't have the accelerated healing factor. OK, HF rarely wins fight for you, but in this ground battle it is a priceless advantage. So I bet on Wolverine, however it'd be a lovely fight.
What we have there...
Strength: Wolverine's max is about Class 2, when Thor far more than 100. Thor wins. Viking feat awesome, but as I said, Thor needs to "charge" the power of his punch. And aiming Wolvie would be much harder.
Speed: Thor's better at traveling speed, dimensional travel and flight via Mjolnir. However in this fight he doesn't have his hammer. Then, his running/leaping speed is just over average unless he rarely enhances his speed to "godspeed", in fight he does this hardly ever. His fight speed and reflexes are perhaps much less to these of Wolverine, DD or Spidey... if you need scans, I will post them. You can post then Thor's examples of agility and reflexes, it'd be nice. Owning Wrecker easily was a nice feat, yes.
Agility: Wolverine better here, he dodged Cyke's blasts feeling pressure changes, Hulk's punches, gunshots etc. etc.
Durability: This one goes to Thor, not counting bones durability ofc...
Healing Factor: Wolverine has pretty nice one, Thor doesn't. However with Mjolnir he shown few times that he can recover faster than without it... it said that Mjolnir enhances his natural healing ability.
Energy projection: it goes to Thor. But we need to remember that it's h2h fight right now.
Fighting skills: Thor may be a god, but Logan's martial arts are mastered in every way. He has been a soldier, samurai, S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, X-Man, New Avenger, stealth attacker, brute, Alpha Fight member and so on...
When we read Logan's fights, especially with powerhouses, we will be able to see him winning this one... ground battle, no energy, fast slasher against heavy hitter... guy who twice or even 3 times (if we count what if) defeated Hulk, can defeat ground weakened regular Thor, believe me 😮💨

Exactly ppl, read some famous Logan's encounters with powerhouses such as Ba'al, Sasquatch, IM, both incarnations f Hulk, Ghost Rider a.k.a. Danny Ketch, Namor, Wendigo, Kierrok, Vindicator, Sauron and so on. It's really worth of reading. Scans aren't the same 😉
