Hulk gives Wolverine problems because he has a healing factor. If Hulk was just a guy with super strength and high durability Wolverine would have killed him. The only time Namor gave Wolverine a hard fight was after Wolverine regenerated 99% of his body mass... and even then Wolverine ignored him twice during the fight to take care of other things, he clearly doesn't think Namor is much of a threat.

Wolverine may score a death blow if Thor just sits there and let's Wolverine hit him in the forehead thankfully though that isn't what is going to happen

We don't know that. What we know is that Wolverine fought Herc off panel and won. Unless you think Wolverine beat Hercules into submission with his fists then it almost a certainty that he cut him. Hercules has said himself that Namor is equal in every way but strength (where Hercules is slightly superior) and speed (where Namor is slightly superior). If Wolverine can stab Namor, he can stab Herc.

What do you think his claws are going to do? It has been stated that Hulk heals so fast that the wound closes almost instantly, directly behind the claws. There is nothing Wolverine can do to Hulk other then irritate him. Some times we get treated with scar tissue and some blood but at the rate Hulk heals that stuff is just thrown in for show.

Once again, Thor has flight speed over Hercules... his combat speed/reflexes are almost identical.
It shows a still of Herc and Wolverine, and then another still of Wolverine standing above Herc's body. We don't know what happened in between those two panels are where Wolverine hit Herc to drop him. The fact that their isn't any blood means little, maybe hit him in the throat, chest or another place that isn't visible... or maybe they were green holograms that were reenacting the actual battle and not an actual recording.
The Hulks wounds heal instantaneously. Having three foot long blades ripping to your torso doesn't really make a difference if the blood clots and the wound heals the moment it is created.
