Cap 6-10....-I wouldn't say that at all. I'd say all things considered if you have someone who's faster, can hit harder, and is more skilled and all the other categories are either close or non issues then said person will take the clear majority
Saying IF wins, means nothing, prove it. To those that feel he can and simply post IF wins.

First off, being able to use MA and fighting are two different skills. Here's why. One does not need to know MA in order to become a skilled fighter. Fighting is a skill in of its self.
For example, take a guy who trains in MA but never had a real fight and put him against someone who has been in countless fights and is very good at street fighting. The Street fighter will most likely take it. Now I know IF is skilled at both. But Cap has been in more battles.
Do you think Danny's as durable? No... Nor will IF avoid being hit himself. Cap has hit others with higher durability compared to IF and put them down.
Also, Steve is more skilled.. Why? Because if you look at IF's power set and the foes he has beaten, like the Wrecker. Would Cap need more skill since he can't amp his stats to upper levels of superhuman strength to hurt them? I think so. All of the opponents Cap beat who are superhuman require more skill to beat from Cap than it would IF in fact.
Against an opponent like IF, Steve's tactics will come into play. IF is stronger but doesn't have the speed advantage that John Steel has over Steve. Cap didn't have his shield in that fight with Steel but he does here. And that Shield is a big factor.
With every block, there is a chance to counter attack IF with the shield. Steve' style is mostly defensive/counter offensive, and mastering Judo and Jujitsu helps big time. It will be far from easy but Cap can win here. Like I been saying the entire thread. Cap takes it 6-10

a. Cap has what it takes to put down IF
b. Cap can take shots from IF
They both have what it takes. But Steve is a better fighter. The man physically trains with Valkyrie. IF brings nothing physically that Steve hasn't had to deal with in his long career.

Iron Fist may not surprise Cap, but he's still superior to him.
