Because he ripped her hair out and took advantage of her ignoring him. McClane will not only kill a woman but hit her when she turns around. He's dirty but he needed the dirty tactics to live past this matchup.

Quit being upset. She wrecked McClane while Zan laughs off man punches. Really outside a die hard flick McClane's luck runs out.

Van Zan got messed up and bleeding from a couple of "man punches" and McClane is a way better fighter than Quinn.

That hair ripping was what got him back in the fight. It was her stupidity to turn her back on him but she's obviously stupid and McClane like you pointed out is obviously lucky.

Zan wasn't messed up at all. He was also suckered.

Zan no sells McClane and since this isn't a Die Hard he dies hard.

She dominated him when it was one on one until she turned her attention away from him. This means he didn't get back into the fight on his own he was lucky she turned around to walk away. I agree with you about McClane's luck.

This isn't die hard though so Zan sonns the girlie man.

Zan wasn't affected from the punch McClane was DEFINITELY affected by the woman's attacks. That's being objective you continue to spin the context of both scenes in order to make it sound more favorable for McClane.

Just because you might be bleeding doesn't mean you're affected. Hell, bee can sting me that doesn't mean despite me bleeding I am affected. The manner in which McClane was affected was down right funny with how easily he was handled by a female despite having a gun on her.

And Van Zan seems to be fairly allergic to punches, by the way he reacted to two punches from a farmer type with no real ability.

All Van Zan was was loud and slow.

Yes, bee stings can if you are allergic not just based off the damage a bee stinger can do though which is the entire point.

Well the anecdote holds its weight then, since a bee sting would probably cause more damage to McClane than the noisy, slow hitting damgeweakling that is Van Zan.

In no way did that Ninja Chick thoroughly dominate McClane....hahaha She was fast, careless and snuffed by the Zipoo wielder.
She dominated only in the "Who can decorate the floor area of the bottom of the lift shaft", and the "how much SUV can someone get up their rectal cavity" competitions....

My guess from your chosen perspective is that when you see a man knocking out an opponent, maybe killing him, that you award the corpse victory based on the damage inflicted to the man's knuckles by the victim's throat/face and the amount of blood the dead guy managed to splash on him...... 🙄
