It made sense to me:
Rigged as in, "The media is extremely bias and strongly influences the way the election is going. Despite the obvious media rigging of their chosen candidate, Ron Paul still has a chance of winning via delagate vote because Ron Paul has swayed or gotten delegates to change perspectives after the primaries in each state."
Ergo: Rigged, but still a chance despite the rigging.
His meaning and context were apparent to me because he made a very similar point in his post a tad bit later:
"Not sure of your source but i doubt it will show that hes actually picking up quite a few delegates Media's numbers are off and all speculation. They want romney to win and will say and do anything to make it so. Im sure you can see the bias, if not then maybe you're blind. Idk."
Like Mairuzu states, I do not think people give him enough credit. He jokes, yes (and that may detract from how serious people take him), but I think he's a lot smarter and politically aware than anyone is giving him credit for in these parts of the board.
