After that what you should do is try to take him out with your lightsaber. Since you have Charge you can attempt to get at him.

Just reiterating that my final move is to tap Orthodox Guard and Reflection while attacking Hacker. Rand will perform a quick series of thrusts to test out the Jovano's shielded bracers, then make a serious jab where he finds an opening. When the Hacker tries to shoot back, Rand tries to ricochet the shots off his lightsaber and back at his foe.

Meanwhile, is there anything Galder can do at this time? Maybe get to his ship?

Well that means getting into the base and down the lift and across the transit corridor to the hangar and activating the ship elevator and...

... so no, not really.

Do those with Charge have flexibility for fighting the hunters, as far as one-on-ones go?

You can move between them at will with Charge, but it will have to be the turn after this.

Oh can I also advance to try to engange Jetpack, or how does this work?

I did, but I used it on one of our Epireans....he got shot again...bad decision in retrospect.
