No, their personalities were merging but the fighting skills were all of superman's. Superman's martial art skills

Getting hit by some idiot doing a forward somersault spring kick is more embarrassing than Superman executing pressure points is impressive. 😈

Seriously how did Superman get hit by that ridiculous maneuver... he is staring right at the guy while he is doing it. 😆

He beat Kobra who got beaten by Mister Terrific.
So he's at least Holt-level?

What people is he capable of paralysing? One martial arts expert with no feats, Ultraman who has no martial arts training and a possessed Batman (who obvoulsy was in a much inferior state).

And Maxima, and Mongul, and Tempest. Maxima is pretty decent at fighting, and Mongul, well, he's also pretty good.

Somehow these three

Six.

feats trump Thors craploads of great showings, lets not forget Batman had to save a depowered Superman from some thugs.

You're just showing you're immaturity I saw you're edit. In some cases they don't have to be martial arts experts. Obvoulsy using fighting skill to beat a Grizzly bear is impressive, a Grizzly doesn't need to know martial arts I shouldn't have to explain that.

I thought this feat was actually pretty good. But then, back in the day, didn't Hal Jordan beat a bear?

In any case, beating Ultraman who doesn't know martial arts isn't impressive, but beating a bear who doesn't know martial arts is?

Going up against trained guards and zodiac henchmen they are obvoulsy trained fighters.

I have also told you this already, ONE feat doesn't win a feat war we average feats out and on average Thor wins. [/B]

Wait, its gone down to one feat now??

So your reasoning is that the people with martial art training can't be paralyzed by pressure point attacks? Hal jordan has knocked out a grizzly bear with punches. OMG Hal izz teh besterest!!!!!!!

I've also seen ordinary people see bullets in flight and react to missles after they were fired. Does that mean normal people have superhuman reflexes?

What is your point here?

^ Not even sure if that counts, thats pre-crisis and looks like its a million years old.

Thats canon and thor's feats are at least from Jurassic age in comparison.

Its also canon that an ordinary guys saw a bullet coming towards him and ducked.

Um that comic looks much older than the Thor scans.

Pre crisis feats are canon for gls.

I didn't know that, where was it stated?

What does that have to do with the point at the hand.

It was sarcasm dude. You gotta use it sometimes.

In their second series after the crisis IIRC.

I see so you have your own narrow defintion of what a martials arts expert is? So unless it doesn't use pressure points then it's not martial arts?
Stop putting words in my mouth, drooly. If you want to prove that Thor is a martial artist expert, feel free do to so.

He beat Kobra
While the latter was in Batman's body, explicitly stated to be a master practitioner to every martial art known to man, Superman was explicitly unaccostumed to being in a depowered, human body and the fight had started with a sucker shot on Kobra's part.

Drooly, if you have anything in Thor's entire history that is better than this, now would be the time to show it.

Superman doesn't have to use a pressure point on Karate Kid in order for it to have any relevance on Thor. Why would it? But if you're saying that Thor has some special, martial artist expert defense tehnique against pressure point strikes, now would also be the time to show that.

Which part of fighting a retarded brute is relevant to his skill when confronting somebody who knows tehniques that can paralyze or send into unconsciousness people by touching them with his fingers, and has beaten people in inferior body and unfavorable circumstances that have been stated to have mastered every martial art known to man?

Oh, drooly.

Trained canon-fodder. If you feel this feat is comparable to Superman's, by all means, elaborate.

Superman has more, better feats than Thor in combat. Signficantly better.

Stop lying, drooly.
