In the same comic under the same writer, I don't see why not.

But I believe you have seen Superman taking 2 zeus amped punches by CM and he only got an itchy nose out of the first sucker punch and CM's hand hurt, under another writer.

The point is one ko doesn't apply to all Superman fights and override all the times he hasn't ko'd someone in one punch.

He is illustrating that in this particular scenario given by the OP this evidence suggest Superman could one shot him.
