John McClane vs Bane

Same scenario as DH1 but it's Bane taking over the building, instead of letting his thugs handle Mac instead Bane takes the fight to Mac who has his shoes and isn't so beat up meaning he's fresh. Mac also knows about Bane and his mask...so...who wins?

McClane shoots Bane in the head.

Probably shoulda stated this in the OP that Mac doesn't have his gun, thought it would be common knowledge he didn't since I didn't state that he had a gun but I guess I should say this is a fist fight till a KO or death

Well H2H I say Bane has his work cut out for him. Hes not met anyone with McClane's durability and McClane was better and dirtier a fighter than Batman, willing to actually kill, and if we're talking early McClane hes way better conditioned than Bruce was in TDKR.

He is resourceful enough to pick up a lump of wood or metal or anything from the environment around him and batter Bane to death or stab him through the face with it.

Plus he is lucky enough to even accidentally mess up Bane's mask, crippling him also leading to soon-after coup de grace.
But since he knows, Bane is doomed.

But with his trusty side arm the fight lasts 2 secs in massive McVictory.

H2H? McClane's damage soak > Bane's. McClane is crafty, he'll go right for the mask and then it's game over.

IDK. How would you rank Bane on a MA level compared to, say, Colonel Stuart or Mai Linh?

McClane with knowledge of his opponent's weakness is essentially animated Batman with prep. He can't lose.

Ok so if we take away Mac's knowledge...makes it more fair? If so then I'm taking away Mac's knowledge of Bane and his mask

Not everyone, but possibly this one, but like I said, where does Bane rank amongst martial artists such as Stuart, Mai Lihn, or Targo? That will determine the fight

Uuuuuummmm that would be gimping... ("changing conditions and attributes of a matchup until one side that would normally loses wins"😉

But Mcclane being lucky enough to damage it first shot without knowing it (especially as Banes wears it in the middle of the zone McClane will be going for makes it a forgone conclusion.)
