To toss my 2 cents in the energy storing debate, I read tge scan as the "aura" being what absorbs/converts energy into the power cosmic. The pc once converted, however, can be used to saturate one's cells/molecules with it in order to increase stats such as strength/speed/ perception, to increase durability, provide sustenance, etc.

Could explain how the Pc can be used to amp stats or to rearrange matter (as matter has no aura) and why having the PC drained from one's limbs can cause one to weaken.

Just my two cents. :-)

no he didnt. in fact, the reason they were even in the air because Hal himself talks about bringing him somewhere where he can't run. before that, they were on the ground with Flash having the advantage.
