Wonder Woman vs Captain Marvel (Shazam)

Pr, even though we fuss, I win and we fuss again, you never change your stance, no matter who is backing that stance.

You really shouldn't say anything after the kind of posts you've been making the last few pages. I mean, at least Abhi might be able to say that English isn't his first language, but you've no excuse.

😂

I was basically pointing out that alternate anything doesnt count. My stance was solid.

Which just goes to show that you weren't really reading Phil's comments.

I honestly thought there was more to it than that. TBH, I have no interest in making a ruling about it other than what mods have stated already, as I don't see the point. Alternate timelines still don't count as being the "main" version of the character, so feats aren't transferrable.

You can argue that Captain Thunder has similar, if not identical physical stats if you like, but in the end it won't mean anything. At least, not that I can see.

Yes, that's all there was to it. For context: this started from main Universe Superman fighting Flashpoint Captain Marvel. I argued that Captain Thunder has identical physical stats to normal Captain Marvel, since it's the same Universe, with the same Gods/gifts, but given differently [one to each of the 6 kids, instead of just Billy] due to Flash altering the chronology of certain events, but it not being an actual alternate Universe, but the main one.

I asked to see if we treat it differently, that being the case [i.e. it's not Earth #76843, but the actual main one], but if we treat all alternate timelines the same, ok. I also mentioned King Thor, since most of his feats are an alternate timeline, too, so yeah.

Is King Thor not a future Thor anyway?

I'm referring to Dan Jugerns' Thor, Yes. He's from an alternate timeline of the main Universe that was rewritten with time-travel into non-existence.

Technically, the current timeline is the Alternate/Flashpointed from the natural one [i.e. King Thor's first future], since it was changed by King Thor/Flash.
