Dragon Age 3

I always lose heart when I'm about to kill a Nug for its fur, and those little fox creatures as well. I love animals, and even though these little guys aren't real, I feel disgusted every time I kill one of them for their fur. I feel the same way with the Halla, and the other Deer like creatures. I was running after a Nug, and when I caught up to it, I just couldn't do it LOL. Anyone else feel the same, or is it just me?

At first it bothered me. I wanted to pick it up and cuddle it. 🙂

But then I realized that this is set in a war-era that lacks space-age future materials. Hunting is necessary. Hunting for materials to arm and armor yourself and soldiers is essential. Then I don't feel so bad. Then I use a bow to kill them with ease and nug it up in my craft bidness.

No. The Nugs want to rule Thedas with Leliana at the side of their Lord Schmooples.

Anyone got any tips on what to do when you fight three Terror demons and two Despairs at once on Nightmare difficulty? I'm trying to close the rift near the Redcliffe farm and it's getting a tad annoying.

Schmooples is the leader Thedas needs. estahuh

My character is such a badass now. I managed to take out the Lightning Dragon on my own. He dropped my entire team within the first 10 minutes in. They drank all of their potions leaving me with two, and used up all of their regenerative potions as well. I pretty much went in like a tank and whittled him/her down to nothing. oh and I began a new character. The DW Rogue class was a bit too squishy for my tastes in this game. It took me 2 hours to take that Dragon down, because I was alone after all. This Dragon was super hard for me, because it kept buffing it's defense. I was about to give up when my team went out, but I noticed that it couldn't hurt me. Well as long as I continued to buff my defense as well. My armor is ridiculous at this point. I'm nearly immune to elemental attacks, magic, and spiritual attacks.

Sera has become my Dragon destroyer on Hard. Her Tempest abilities make her an insane damage dealing monster. Flask of Fire and Lightning are so amazing.

That ending though.

Which part got you?

Seriously, don't read this unless you want spoilers.

Spoiler:
Well first off finding out Flemeth was Mythal's avatar and not just some uber Abomination. Which of course means not only is the Golden City/Black City, Andraste, real. But the Maker potentially as well. And I knew something was up when Solas got all weird after the orb was destroyed.

And BAM, he's Fen'Harel the Dread Wolf. And according to Flymeth/Mythal and his own words, he really did seal all the Gods of the Elves and the Forgotten Ones and all that plus he gave Corypheus the orb of destruction in the first place which caused everything. It was a really big WOW moment and I honestly didn't expect it my first playthrough. But on my second I realize Solas knows conveniently way too much.

Same applies to this post.

Spoiler:
I was swearing up and down when Flemeth finally showed up. I was like "You better not make me choose Morrigan's life or her son's! M.O.E., Morrigan ova erethang! Then they went further into it and I was like "Wow, maybe Flemeth isn't as evil, if evil at all as I thought. Maybe she really didn't want to absorb Morrigan's body. In my first run I had her drink from the well, but I'm going to have my Inquisitor do it on my perfectly preferred run.

I can see why Solas was pissed about you drinking from the well. Now you're bound to serve Flemeth. Solas not only conveniently knows too much, but he was there when it all began. Cassandra was even suspicious of this and questions him if you have them in the party together. Cassandra, though a bit boring to me, is always on her shit and is anything but a fool.

I'm so obsessed with this now that I finally got it work

Spoiler:
Yeah man. I was like, not Kieran. Not my lil' nigga. Have his dad show up and whoop some ass plz!! But he's too busy trying to put a stop to "The Calling" to save Warden lives. And I believe Flemeth actually did love Morrigan, but she's had centuries to harden her heart and having Mythal bound to her probably didn't make her warm and cuddly. She seemed to be telling the truth when she said you couldn't forcefully take a soul.

And yeah, Fen'Harel would hate for you to be bound to Mythal, someone he would inevitably betray every chance he got...which he promptly did at the end like a f*cker. Which means he might be a major antagonistic force in the next one.

And while Solas did conveniently know a shit ton of stuff, it was well hidden by who he presented himself as. A Dalish who grew up far away from humans and studied magic in it's purest form from a very young age. Knew stuff most mages didn't because of it. Seems logical. There was that Dalish guy who Wynne thought she failed in the Brecillian Forest and the Dalish/Human kid in 2 who could go into dreams. It was very well done.

Play on Hard or go home.

I can't believe that you guys finished this game already. I'm still only about halfway in, if that. You know what i want to play? I want to play a game that has graphics like Disney/Fable, with this games scope. Anyone remember Mark of Kri? Well those are the kind of character graphics that I really appreciate. There are so few artists out there that can pull it off, or they're working on the wrong game. That Marvel build your own crap game has the artists that I'm talking about.

Well I had this game since day one and beat it like 6 days ago.

Yeah that's the one brother.

I had to restart the game as a Warrior Human.

Jesus, the male elves bodies look bad. I had about 8 hours logged as a rogue elf, and I tried to ignore it, but it bothered me too much. I looked in the DA forums, and it's a pretty widespread issue. There's a 26 page thread on how terrible it looks.

http://forum.bioware.com/topic/522274-male-elf-model-and-its-problems/

I feel much more badass as a sword and shield male human. It sucks I was kind of forced into it, but I can live with it.

The Male Elf is pretty odd looking. I'm currently playing as one and his shoulders are so stuck up with his head looking bent down, it's like he's gonna dance like that one kid from Charlie Brown.

It's weirding me out.
