The movie was good, but I already forgot half of it, nothing was really worth remembering, I didn't walk out of there thinking "OH **** THIS IS THE BEST MOVIE I EVER SEEN."
Avengers 1 left me really happy.
I was in greater anticipation of Thanos grabbing the gauntlet and saying "I'll do it myself."
Had they not put Vision/Jarvis in here, the movie to me would have been a abysmal failure. Which says a lot because that was one of the only things I got exited about in the movie.
I saw a lot of trying to poke at MOS and being a hyporcite with the "saving people thing" but it was their fault for the whole mess in the first place so pointing fingers at another movie even though you got yourself in a shit storm to begin with at first was a bit pot, kettle, black.
And them not putting Loki in it at all was a big failure.
All in all I give it a 5 out 10, and the 5 is for the action because Ultron and the story was absolute dog shit.

^ lol. pretty sure the director/writer was not thinking about MoS when this movie was made.
If I was the only one that picked up on this, maybe, but I've read others posts who have mentioned the same thing.
Either way, the bad guy was a failure.
Leaving Loki out was a bad move. He always makes these movies what they are.
I mean Ultron becomes self aware and kills Jarvis and wants to take over the world and kill Stark even though that goes directly against his programming?
Complete garbage and lack of process.
Ultron goes aware, next scene fighting avengers.
The movie was so long, they could have cut half the crap they threw in there about their pasts while being mind raped and used that to build Ultron's character more..after all he was the main villian.
We have seen and know enough about the characters pasts without wasting time going over it again while we are right in the middle of a huge battle.
And to add they gave Thor like zero screen time.
All it was, was a way for them to recover from the horrible job they did in IM3 and bring some respect back to Ironman at the cost of jobbing Thor real good.
Thor is like one the reasons I see the movie, yet the fck him over all the time.
Also with this movie it wasn't as interconnected with the previous phase 2 movies
Iron Man 3, Tony blew up all his suits and Pepper was superpowered
Cap 2, Cap seems to lose his shield and Black Widow announces she's going away to build a new identity and it may take some time
alot of that stuff seems to have been ignored.

I agree, somehow he retired and blew all his stuff up, here he's got them all back and they are better then before.
They originally said in Cap 1, that there was only enough vibranium on the planet to make his shield, turns out, there is a lot more.
Pepper is no where to be seen, but has superpowers, so why isn't she there at all?
Nothing was fluid between this film and the others.
Hell from the trailer, we were supposed to believe that Cap shield breaks.
Misleading..
