Yes, I also buy CoD for SP. I stopped caring about online after MW2.

But I also know what I'm going to get with campaign and I know it will be short. Anybody who complains about the shortness of CoD should know better.

But in the end, at least there is usually 3 portions to a CoD game even with some people only play one part of the game.

But The Order is a single player game only and having a SP campaign about 5-6 hours is pretty weak.

I'm the same, tbh. I don't play COD for MP, but I do find that I enjoy the SP quite a bit on occasion. It's like playing an action movie.

Yep. They always get me.....for instance, I have been playing this same game since Allied Assault!

It seems Order 1886 has become a flop before it even came out:

It's just one of those "interactive movie" games where gameplay itself is pretty much nonexistent.

I don't mind interactive gaming. I love it but Ready At Dawn's Order 1886? It's short and too expensive. $60 you can spend on both seasons of Telltale's Walking Dead and Wolf Among Us as a bonus and you would get more of your money's worth out of those I can assure.

Yep and I would bet that Telltale's is better at telling a story as well.

But I think the backlash is because people always had misgivings about this game .

😂

I remember that game. Holy shit it was awesome.

And then the one after it; the one set in the Pacific, I forget the name.

Pacific Assault.

Definitely not as good as Allied Assault which makes sense because the designers for Allied Assault were the leaders of Infinity Ward.

Yeah that one.

I didn't know that, but yeah, agreed. I do, though, still have a soft spot for that Pearl Harbour sequence at the start. Awesome at the time.

Yeah.

I tried playing it a few years ago and it didn't really age well....oh well. I think I still have my copy of Allied Assault around here somewhere.

MW3 has an awesome story and climax, as well as the best online I have ever seen in a CoD game.

For some reason, the PS4's fan gets loud everytime I put The Last of Us Remastered in. The system sounds normal whenever I take the disc out and play a different game but the moment I get back on LoU, that damn fan gets loud again.

Does it get hotter than usual too?

Probably. Had to lay my console down flat and now it's quiet when I play LoU. Not sure exactly how to explain that. Guess Sony just forgot to mention that part. 'Your PS4 can stand vertically....but it'll get loud and/or overheat that way when playing certain games' or something.

Ah. My brother always keeps his flat, so no wonder I haven't seen him have that problem.

Who'd wanna play a console vertically though? You always have a risk of knocking it over, and that's especially bad if you have hardwood floors.

I play some of my consoles vertically out of belief they would overheat faster if I let them down entirely.

Even worst when playing a game if you accidentally knock it, The disc would get all scratched from the laser i've had that happen with the 360

and also my bad about the PS2 disc in a previous post, It was Condemned for the 360 that does that for me.
