I'm pretty sure she was the chick who worked at the Daily Planet that got trapped in the rubble.

Wasn't there a bit where Clark and Ma Kent went outside and it was clearly in viewing distance?

only with his telescopic vision. to everyone else it just looked like a light in the sky.

She was named "Jenny", so probably true.

right.

so it's not a plothole.

Shut your facehole up, Zack sneer

I didn't say it was a plothole for this movie. I said it could be one for the next movie for the reasons I previously listed.

Shut your facehole up, just because.

I don't remember the specific timeframe, but I doubt it. He took the ship to the military.

not only that but he told them where he keep it and the fact that he grew up in Kansas.

in this movieverse it would seem the gov't knows who superman is as does lois which makes her look like less of a dumbass.

i dont' think this will be a plot hole in the sequel.

Snikt.

That story was heartwarming, little cheesy, but I have more respect for you now.

I thought no one would have cared lol

Man of Steel has somehow made me like Superman Returns better. Not because Returns was better, mind you. It is hard to explain.

No, that makes sense. For example, I thought Dragonball (the cartoon) was dumb so I only watched a couple of eps and skipped it.

Then I watched Dragonball Z and it was awesome. Then I went back and watched Dragonball and I liked it a lot more. I appreciated it more.

Not exactly what you're talking about but along those lines.

MOS wasn't just one of the worst superhero movies i've ever seen, it was one of the worst movies period. Still amazed at the like for this movie. The other three people I went with agreed that it was horrible and even a painful viewing experience. Wish it was better, but we all hated it.

Horrible and painful is an exaggeration bro. Really.

Man of Steel was one of the better superhero movies of the last few years, easily imo.

Better than Iron Man 3? Definitely. You could make a case for it being better than DKR (and I like that movie). Movies like Thor and Cap too, you could easily argue that it was on their level or above it, imo.

My fav. comic movies are in this order:

Avengrs
Batman begins
MoS

Ever?

Right now they are. Yeah.

Just the feeling I got when I finally watched all the heroes assembled(no pun intended) made it #1 for me. Though the movie has flaws and is far from "Perfect" like some like to think. The first 40 minutes bored the hell out of me, but then movie kicks into high gear and becomes so satisfying I forget about those minutes. its kind of unfair because of all the buildup it had.

Batman Begins is the definite origin story IMO. It did everything right(except the fighitng scenes...these sucked. Nolan sucks at action)

Man of Steel is in the same ballpark as Batman Begins but with a few more flaws.

Dark Knight is overrated as hell and rises had far too many plotholes for me.

Action wise they'd go

Man of Steel
Avengers

Rest don't even come close.
