His metabolism being that great isn't though. It's stated on screen that no matter how much he drinks, he can't get drunk. Even if he is affected, which is not a 100% guarantee, The effects more than likely won't be as powerful, and won't last long at all.
But that's beside the point. Scarecrow doesn't get to use his gas because Cap nearly kills him while holding back.
Thats where the planning stage for Team Bats comes in real handy, during which time they could devise several methods for getting such toxin, or Batmans KO darts, into Cap. 🙂 Heck, Crane could give a sample of the toxin to each member of his team before they even come close to Cap, again, they are fighting in a city, its not all of them together in a boxing ring here, they do have time to communicate and plan out their strategy before confronting their single superior powered foe here. 🙂
Er, Cap has access to better equipment, in this city, in this setting? Cap basically has his shield and thats it, dont see how any prep at all can help Cap here. And Im not turning this into a "prep battle" but Im also not turning into a "everyone charge into battle" battle either. Team Bats has advantages that they are sure to use here, charging headlong into a fight isnt one of them.
It makes sense that you're trying to argue for the side you want to win. But your argument isn't that strong if you've watched all 3 Batman movies, and watched Captain America and Avengers.
You seem to be forgetting that the Batman team is a horrible group when it comes to actual teamwork.
Because everyone on that team has been an enemy of, or betrayed Batman at some point.
Joker's batshit insane. (Killed Batman's girlfriend and turned all of Gotham against him)
Bane is just a hired goon. (Broke his back)
Ra's thinks he knows better than everyone else.(Betrayed Batman)
Catwoman is useless.(Betrayed Batman)
And Scarecrow is also worthless.
They will not be able to work as a cohesive unit.

Seeing as "this setting" is you changing the thread so that the team will have a better chance, then I have just as much right to make changes to help Cap.
How am I changing the setting to suit my needs? Youre adding unknown equipment to Cap, Im not giving anyone on Team Bats anything that they didnt use in their films. The setting Im referring to is what the OP has set up, they are fighting in Gotham City and at night, Im not MAKING this fight take place there and then, the OP has set it up as such. Im not adding anything to anyone that they havent been shown to have or use in their films.
And NO, I am not arguing for the side I want to win, Im arguing for the side I unbiasedly think has the better chance to win. Big difference there.
For the record, I Love movie Cap, Im a big fan of him from both his movie and The Avengers. Hes my favorite character in Marvels series of films, and personally I feel like Im giving him tons of credit here, the same cannot be said from you guys to anyone on Batmans team.

The OP makes no mention of prep time or the teams being on opposite sides of the city, that is you changing the thread.
He also didnt make any mention they all started on a single rooftop of one building either. I assumed if the fight is taking place in an area as big as Gotham City, then they wouldnt all be starting within 20 feet of one another.
Im not saying theyre 25 miles apart, Im not even suggesting Batman is going to go to the batcave and load up with Batwings and Batmobiles, but Im also not suggesting (unless the OP says as such) that they are all fighting nose to nose from the first seconds of the fight.
If the OP wishes to specify how far apart in Gotham City they all start, that would be great, otherwise Im assuming he wouldnt give us a Big City for them to fight in if theyre all fighting in a single alley or rooftop.
