I'm not arguing that Thor loses the ability, but that he might never had it in the first place and Destroyer isn't Thor. Remember Thor animating Destroyer is not Thor. Thor's body is somewhere else.

HP DD wins because
1. He's hella resistant against energy blasts (he's not getting one shot here)
2. He gains more resistance during the battle (attacks get less effective)
3. He's powerful enough to damage the armor
4. He heals instantly
5. He's fast as hell and relentless

The can't be ko, it has to be literally destroyed, it takes a high sky father or abstract to destroyed the armor, but here's the kicker it will regenerate.

If you want to claim that he loses the ability to summon Mjolnir, you have to provide proof and as of yet, you haven't provided any.

Destroyer using Mjolnir's abilities after picking the hammer up doesn't prove it can summon Mjolnir. So again we still don't know. Losing an ability implies that it was present in the first place. We'd be begging the question if we assumed Destroyer had that ability in the first place.

Are you back to claiming that it's the Destroyer and not the person animating it that is able to use Mjolnir abilities?
Because if you are, feel free to post examples where it's done so without being animated by someone that was worthy.
