What you don't understand is that anyone or anything that can lift Mjolnir can use it's abilities. You don't have to be Thor to use Mjolnir's abilities.

I can answer that, it only has been Odin and Thor! Other than that no one else has every used Mjolner while occupying the armor.
This needs to stop, it's been proven on panel and statements, beings like Odin, Thor and Loki can use their own powers plus the armor, Odin has done it twice; once was against Thor in Thor: Man of War and the other Might Thor Vol.3 5!
And if I'm not mistaken the armor is amplified, that means powerful the person like Odin, Thor, Zeus etc the armor becomes more powerful than by itself or a average person controlling it.
That why really HP DD doesn't have a chance in hell of beating a sky father like King Thor w/Odin Force plus with the armor powers.

So you are saying that since no one except Thor/Odin TRIED to use Mjolnir's abilities while being inside the Destroyer then that PROVES Thor/Odin can summon Mjolnir while completely inside Destroyer without touching it first?
I guess this means you believe that DD wins if Destroyer doesn't have Mjolnir since you are still fighting for it. This is good to know.

Anyway it hasn't been proven dude. Otherwise we wouldn't be having this discussion. Thor used Mjolnir, not his powers. Odin used Mjolnir, not his powers.
Oh and you lie again. Odin didn't use his abilities in Destroyer in Thor vol. 3
I'm not even sure Man of War is even canon since it contradicts the original telling of the story. Anyway Odin's body is seen inside the armor and controlling it directly (not animating it). So of course he should be able to use his own power as well. Look here

I concede the claim although
1. Destroyer (with anyone animating it) can pick up Mjolnir.
2. Rulk was shown using Mjolnir's ability after being able to lift it.
I'll just say we don't know for sure either way.
I'll also say we don't know for sure whether Thor can summon Mjolnir while animating Destroyer's armor.

You can't prove REMOVES if the thing that was removed was never was present in the first place. Removes implies something existed which has yet to be proven.
I'm not claiming that Destroyer can't summon Mjolnir (although I believe this). I'm saying we don't have proof it can so we don't know for sure.
