Yeah...Hypothetically if Matthew Vaughn did do the reshoots still wouldn't have.

They should have got Mathew Vaughn to direct this. Fox should be 24/7 chasing/begging him to do another Marvel property for them.

I'm surprised this hasn't been posted yet.

What he doesn't get is that alot of people hate this film because fox made it for all the wrong reasons. The awful casting choices, and source material changes are just extra shit to add to the hate.

Haters gonna hate. This film is going to be good. I can feel it.

I'll say it once more, if they phuck up Doom again this movie is a total waste.

It's simple, racism. Of all that actors, Jordan is the one I'm most looking forward to seeing. He is incredibly talented.m

stopped reading at "the world wasn't as diverse in the 60's" the world has always been diverse... He meant to say was, "The Fantastic four are from an era when there weren't many minority characters".

Edit: finished reading it. What a douche, hope he gets Bill Cosby'd

I've heard a lot of people sing his praises but why? I thought he was far weaker than Dehan in chronicle, is there another movie he's great in?

that part where he brings up the decades, Thing is they had a chance to change the colour of one the team's members race when they did the 'Ultimate Fantastic Four' comic and yet they still had the team all white.

Honestly, if black Johnny was the only major change to the source material I really doubt people would mind it, but this movie is looking Wolverine Origins bad.

Jordan didn't help in that interview, calling people who care about the comics "trolls".

The whole cast is supposed to be really talented. They're all potential oscar winners.

So what you're saying is it would be ok for the comics to change his colour, but it's an abomination if the film does it?

I get complaining about what they're doing with Doom, but I don't people crapping on the movie (before it's even released) over the talented cast or over Johnny Storm's race.

.

Your ignoring what Micheal B Jordan tried to point out

But the world is a little more diverse in 2015 than when the Fantastic Four comic first came out in 1961.

that's why i brought up the Ultimate Fantastic Four comic line, That whole comics line was suppose to be more of a reimagined and updated versions of the company's superhero characters

it seems the whole change isn't really bothering you, Fair enough then.

Him and Tellers are the ones I'm looking forward to.

Nah what's bothering me is the chances of them messing up Doom again. What bothers me more is how they've just sat on Galactus and Silver Surfer rights for so long and done nothing worthwhile with them.

Especially when I know that if Marvel had the rights to those characters tomorrow they'd be introduced as the biggest threats to the MCU within the year.

That's what bothers me. And is a big shame because I would actually like to see an X-Men/FF crossover, but not at the cost of Marvel's greatest villains getting screwed or put on a shelf.

Thats the root of the issue. All these awesome characters COULD be integrated with the MCU, but fox is just sitting on them, dicking around. That's the real reason there's so much hate for this movie.

I thought he was great in Chronicle (as was Dehan). He was even better in Fruitvale Station.
