Of course Captain America is superhuman. That was the point. Not to make him peak, but beyond peak.

Cap is superhuman. That's kind of the point of the serum, is it not?

Yes.

No, he is pretty much the definition of super human.

No human could ever reach his level, that was the whole point of the serum.

I believe the serum was used to achieve the "zenith of NATURAL HUMAN POTENTIAL".
Point being that a human COULD reach this level.

That's not superhuman.

All his online bios also state that he is not superhuman.

He has feats that suggest he is superhuman, but so do many other characters like Batman, Green Arrow, Hawkeye etc.

That was the intention but then writers kept pushing it, no?

A human is unable to reach the zenith of human potential.

By definition he is superhuman.

Ok yeah this I understand.
But by definition he shouldn't be superhuman.
In practice of course going by feats he is.

LOL
He is superhuman.
But the description of his serum suggest he isn't.

Being the peak of human potential is beyond being peak human.

One is attainable by normal means, in theory, one is not.

Peak human IMO means what a normal human can achieve in a normal environment, with normal distractions, like not eating perfectly every day, not training for a week due to injury etc, but being the best under the circumstances.

Peak potential IMO means what a normal human could achieve, in a perfect environment, without any distractions, keeping at the highest level at a all times, which in practice is impossible (something like sleep eat practice sleep all the time)

IMHO of course.

Guys, back on topic please.
