Being the peak of human potential is beyond being peak human.One is attainable by normal means, in theory, one is not.
Peak human IMO means what a normal human can achieve in a normal environment, with normal distractions, like not eating perfectly every day, not training for a week due to injury etc, but being the best under the circumstances.
Peak potential IMO means what a normal human could achieve, in a perfect environment, without any distractions, keeping at the highest level at a all times, which in practice is impossible (something like sleep eat practice sleep all the time)
