Only slightly.
Near superhuman seems more fitting.A normal human could get to his level without the juice in theory, but he would have to be perfectly trained, fed etc constantly to achieve that.
That's my understanding.
Not really superhuman, but more than a human could realistically achieve.
In Captain America WW2 Sentinel of Liberty IIRC it was stated the next step in human evolution.
Any iconic moments is when ever Batman gets puts in his place.
Also, most writers can't write a good Batman to save there lives, case in point Geoff Johns. In JL14 he made Batman emotional in asking to save Superman's life, which was pretty well written, but he screwed it up by having Batman spies in said person he claimed to be his friend just because he's paranoid.
What's even dumber was Superman was unable to hear the distinct sound of the tracking device.

Bruce has always both loved and feared Clark in his own way. He does consider him his best friend, but the truth is he knows as well as anyone how dangerous a rogue Superman would be.
Bruce made the tracking device to be invisible to a kryptonian. If anyone would know how to do that successfully, it would be Batman.
Sure, it was a dick move, but I don't think it's OOC for Batman.

wonder if they already did it. Since they were in his house and all of that 131
I'd be surprised if they hadn't, tbh.
Though I'm sure we'll get a panel in the coming months of one of them coming out of the shower wrapped in a towel, or walking around with a sheet around them or something.

Given how much he seems to hate Johns and Diana, yep.
I can see why some people might hate Johns. Johns a pretty good writer overall, he can create a powerful build up, but he just fails to deliver in the end.
Prime example was with New Darkseid. We had this powerful buildup, but the ending was a big let down.
Johns shines when his writing a single character. His Aquaman is one if the best in a long time, most of his Lantern is good and rhat Superman Brainiac arc was brilliant.
Also to hate Diana is to hate jebus. 😒

I'm more worried about how badly Lobdell has been writing Superman of late.

His endings have only gotten bad lately, though. He wasn't always that way.
