Kas'im vs. Obi-Wan Kenobi

To be fair, while Kas'im has an argument posted, there's really just been a lot of complaining from the other side. Let's hope that KV's response is more than just a line-by-line criticism; even if my post gets torn apart, you guys haven't substantiated Kenobi's dominance with anything other than assumptions.

Well, as far as their saberskills go, I recall that Bane was unable to defeat Kas'im in a lightsaber duel, and then resorted to his Force Abilities. And I have my doubts that Obi-Wan was a better duelist than Dessel.

However, when it comes to Force Abilities, there isn't enough information about Kas'im's force abilities to make an accurate decision, but I'm going with Kenobi, as Kas'im seemed to put everything into lightsaber abilities, while Kenobi's force powers were reasonably advanced.

Overall, I'm not really sure.

Why does peoples not really rate defencive uses of the Force? It just as valid as offensive uses, and its an unfair way of rating Jedis or Sith saber specilaitss who dont really use it offensively.

Kas'im defending against Bane's attack is better than anything Obes have ever done.

Kenobi is just a bit more resourceful. And nothing in Kasim's arsenal is more radical or refined than Grevious' style. Kenobi wins every time in a decent battle.
