He possessed him but after Albus stood by but you're claiming he doesn't want Harry near Voldemort. On every level your argument makes no sense.

That wasn't the a full bodied Voldemort. He also had Phoenix aid, Eric.

Harry fled from the duel which means he lost. He resisted possession which isn't winning. Harry fled in DH1. Loss.

In DH 2 the wand resisted and Harry was the rightful owner. Context.

The fact is Voldemort has nothing to compete with Dumbledore defeating hell left grindlewald in his prime while possessing the elder wand. Voldemort has stalemating a dumbledore who wasn't trying to kill him.
