WB has DCEU,Harry Potter, LOTR,Conjuring, Monsterverse and Lego and It for now.These franchises are going well and are not the disaster the DCEU is. Probably due to the people running these actually caring.
The dceu is a train wreck of astronomical proportions. It's dark but not over though two more films . They can't cancel Aquaman it's already shot and they'd be foolish to not proceed with WW's sequel now.

It has strong numbers in China and Brazil, but that's about it. Should break 700, unless it totally crumbles. 600 is necessary to break even and make some profit. Totally underwhelming, but not doomsday, which people claim.

SHAZAM has already started pre-production. WB is NOT going to pull it. Come on, now.
It would be more of a disaster to pull it from the list, rather than maintaining film production.
You know what was stupid? They could have just left the stach and give an easy explanation why, instead of the bad cgi.
Here's a simple one.
Clark is not dead, he's in a camatose paralysis. He's cells have absorbed so much sun light in his 33 years on Earth, that as a defense mechanism for being poisoned, they've entered a shut down mode that's fighting to protect his main arteries. That's why hes hair grew since his cell are feeding most of the solar energies to his heart lungs, and brain.
Pretty damn simple. Pretty sure someone could come up with a better one.
So I overall enjoyed Justice League but it definitely still had it's flaws.It's still a bit chaotic and all over the place in some spots. The character exchanges were fantastic for me though especially between WW and Batman. The topics of leadership and the moral debate they had sticking out to me. Still I think there is one major flaw in how they told the story

Mostly as soon as Superman came back and was able to take out the entire league the rest of them become moot. In the ending major climatic battle Superman handles almost all of three main points of the fight. Saving civilians, beating Steppenwolf, and even helping with the Motherbox. The only thing in the final fight you could say Superman couldn't have done is what Cyborg did to the cube. I mean everything up until when Superman showed up was setting up Steppenwolf and his army as major threats. Heck Steppenwolf was able to fight the old gods and even then they couldn't kill him. When you're building out a story based on bringing a team together to take on a threat none of them could alone and you spend time showing the big bad as such a force that no one person can stop. When one hero comes in and craps all over the previous unstoppable villain it just is anti-climatic to me. Then that hero goes on to do everything else the other people should have been doing, well the threat and message of teamwork you were trying to build just erodes.

If they'd done the whole regeneration/stasis chamber thing, they could have gone full moustache, beard and long hair. like that episode of JL where he goes to the future and meets Vandal Savage. Have the final battle be him in his black suit, and then at the very end of the movie, show Cavill shaved and wearing his blue suit.
One thing I thought was funny though, was that like his suit, WB literally brightened Snyder's work to try to make the movie better, as the fight scene with the League v Clark was originally supposed to be a night time scene, and was shot as such.
