"Good X-Men movie". Where? Or did you mean "good Wolverine movie"?And tbh, I've been unhappy with him since the first X-Men movie.

I don't agree at all, tbh, but that's me.

I don't know, I really hate the fact that Summers' character has been all but erased. however, the x-men movies did a great job at bringing the x-men alive, (Excluding the third). They're definitely not the best adaptation I could think of, but at least it exists in a good movie. like it or not, Those X-men movies really aren't that bad. Singer definitely had a vision and it was realized on film.

Same here. Like Nightcrawler carrying the movie to gold standards? He only had like one memorable scene; trying to kill the president at the beginning. Azazel (a more menacing teleporter than X2 Nightcrawler) had plenty more cool scenes, among the other awesome things about First Class.
Azazel wasn't even his father...and he was Russian. I'd love to see a fight between them with Kurt having more skill/speed/strength against Azazel's ferocity and aggresiveness.
Azazel's teleportation didn't seem limited by only going places he could see. Plus he seemed stronger than Kurt. So I personally think he'd kick movie Nightcrawler's butt all over the show.
As for Singer's vision, there was something there, but I personally thought X1 was kind of cheesy and really not that exciting. X2 was a lot better in terms of movie quality, but I still don't like it (as a fan) for deteriorating Cyclops role into a minor one. Especially since I wasn't even happy with the size of his role in X1.
But First Class was by far the best in terms of movie quality, acting and in terms of being closer to the source material.
But to be completely fair, Singer was involved quite a bit with the story of First Class. Given that and the fact that Vaughn has still has a fair role in creating this next one, I do have hopes for it.
Nightcrawler wasn't limited to places he could see either. He only thought he was. It was a mental block he'd put on himself.
And what do you mean stronger? Kurt was knocking fully grown men 20+ feet with ease. He literally had men flying all over the oval office. Azazel relied on his sword, his spiky tail, and dropping people.

Do you have proof it was just a mental block? Either way he was limited by that.

Ah Azazel just seemed more lethal. Yeah Knives help with that.
