John McClane vs Hermione Granger

OK, lets get into it.....

McClane vs Hermione. Hermione is armed with her wand. McClane is armed with his Beretta 9mm. They are standing back to back. It's a duel at ten paces!!!! Ten paces, turn, kill.

Hermione's wand is in her back pocket. McClane's 9mm is in his shoulder holster, fully loaded with infinite spare mags. Who wins this duel? Anything goes, bloodlust is on, no morals.

Duel takes place at noon in Dodge City.

No one? Thought as much.

Anything goes, morals are off and bloodlust is on?

McClane turns around while they're still back-to-back and snaps her neck since he's a grown ass man and she's a 120lbs girl. /thread

McClane broke someone's neck in DH4, but apparently movie feats don't count.

He closed ten pace distance and punched out a guy who had a machine gun on him in one rapid, hard hitting Joe Frazier style shot. (the guy who had smashed him repeatedly in the temples with the butt of said gun and failed, of course, to KO him)

McClane broke a man's neck in DH4 and he was armed with a machine gun. A "110.2 lbs (50 kg)" girl armed with a stick won't be too hard to snap by comparison.

Can anyone confirm the scene I was talking about in DH5 though.

It was the scene where John and Jack approached two guards simultaneously from behind and killed them without shooting them.

I believe Jack broke his victims neck but did John do so as well?
