If you need to change the "anything goes, bloodlust and no morals" after the fact so Hermoione has a chance, that's telling.

Really now? I don't recall saying that.

OK, lets get into it.....

McClane vs Hermione. Hermione is armed with her wand. McClane is armed with his Beretta 9mm. They are standing back to back. It's a duel at ten paces!!!! Ten paces, turn, kill.

Hermione's wand is in her back pocket. McClane's 9mm is in his shoulder holster, fully loaded with infinite spare mags. Who wins this duel? Anything goes, bloodlust is on, no morals.

Duel takes place at noon in Dodge City.

Yes, it says "anything goes." But, before that, it says "They are standing back to back. It's a duel at ten paces!!!! Ten paces, turn, kill."

Nice try, as I said.

Accio gun.

Hermione thinks, "Accio beretta" on the 10th pace pulling the gun away from McClane before has has a chance to grab it.

Confundus. Apparition.

There's a variety of ways in which she can win. Robtard has been ethered once again.

Sorry, the OP has made it clear that they must both walk ten paces, turn and then the fight starts. Not anytime before.

McClane can draw gun and pull a trigger faster than Hermione can draw her wand and cast a spell.

thats ****ed up. why would the OP gimp hermione like that? may as well blindfold her.

Immobilus. Freeze the coward where he stands.

A good spell in a fight, but you're ignoring that she'd be dead via bullet before she can cast that spell. Try again?

didnt even give the poor girl a chance.

she'd be like "IMMOB--" just before she ate 30 rounds. wtf man. such misogyny.

No, she clearly freezes him. McClane has been disarmed by a woman before anyways.

Nope. Read the match stipulations in the OP.

It comes down to a quick draw, since they both can one-shot each other. McClane's pull and trigger is faster than Hermione's pull and wanding/speaking/spellcasting.

McClane is so slow to react he was disarmed by a woman despite her not having a weapon. Granger stomps.

The downplay of the character you need to see lose, since you can't properly debate for the character you want to see win. Shocking.

Not a single person says McClane wins. Not the same here, Betty.
