If Hermione tries to out-draw McClane after 10 paces, she probably dies. I don't think she's fast enough with her wand to compete against a decent speed shooter. But if she plays it smart and ducks for cover and somehow manages to survive the first few gunshots, then she has way more options on dealing with McClane than the other way around.

So, Hermione should win if she fights smart. If it comes down to a quickdraw, McClane wins.
