No, he doesn't. His durability also sucks since he didn't tank anything. Cutting his fingers off due to the ring kills him.
Voldemort has more abilities, can fly, shoot energy blasts, more impressive feats, apparition aka teleportation, cutting spells(there goes the ring again), Crucio, or Avada Kedavra which is a kill spell unlike anything in Sauron's arsenal.
