Personally, I would go for it. Only Scenario 4 would give me pause as it'd be quite a scary experience.
I'm not sure about Round 5. Could go either way, but because I have superhero courage, I would attempt it anyway.
Not sure about round 6 either, but I would be very confident about my defenses/durability.
Round 7 would actually be relatively easy IMO.

However, until you make a move you're just Random Civilian X and Black Widow is not going to just magically know that you're an armed would be assassin by simply being in your presence which seems to be the case you're attempting to make (in spite of the OP).

You will give yourself away long before you ever act.
You think you won't but you have no skills and definitely not comic book skills. Something will give you away. The way you look the way you act the fact she will probably spot a gun on you. It's not precog it's just what spies do in comics. They are trained to look at every detail of every situation and pick people out in comics easily from a crowd even if they aren't 'looking for it' cause in reality they always are.

Not to mention the fact the killing someone isn't really as easy as some people are making it. You're not "magically" gonna be in the same street as your mark, you're not "magically" gonna be able to peak thru your binoculars JUST as she's exiting her home and be fast enough with your rifle to re-acquire her before she gets out of your firing LOS. You need to be at the right place at the right time. If ppl think all you need is a face and an address to kill someone (especially someone who would no doubt have some sort of prep for such an eventuality) then they're in for a big surprise when it happens.

One workable idea, IMO would be to steal a truck, load it up with fertilizer, park it in front of BW's apartment and detonate it, hoping she's home.
Then use the Batman stealth skills and resources you're rewarded with to get the f- out of town.
Lot's of collateral damage, tho. You wouldn't be much of a hero if you did it...

I can tell you now that no marksman is going to do what you just said, even just youtubing can get you the required results and its not with a muzzle out of a window.
I would take the job and it would be relatively easy but I would stop after the black adam fight.
Really anyone with half a brain could take someone out by surprise the goal is simply to keep that surprise until the objective is complete so don't run around thinking your a spy.

So if you beat Round 6, you have the following to take on the Round 7/Final Round:

- Captain America's Skills, Abilities, Base Stats
- Superman's Courage
- Hulk's Healing Factor
- Colossus' Ability
- Magneto's Ability
- Hulk Durability
- Nightcrawler's Teleportation
- All of Martian Manhunter's stats/abilities.
- Black Bolt's stats/abilities
- Wonder Woman's stats/abilities
- Adamantium Skeleton + Claws
Still pretty easy, IMO, but I did expect opposition since everyone in the last round is held in high regard.
