Data is also stupid fast: Khan will have no chance of actually swinging the Bat'leth before Data cuts him in half. There is that much of a speed difference.

3. This one almost gives Khan a chance. He has legit good aim and aim speed. However, again, Data's superior speed and reflexes will win this without Data being pushed any harder than the previous two. Data will literally be able to pick up and fire his phaser before Khan can register, visually, that he is looking at Data: data is not limited to the speed of neuronal impulse. Data's reflexes operate at 1/60000000000 of a second as registering Khan, visually, can be any of the 1 out of 60000000000 processes he calculates in that second...and it will obviously get top priority his his positronic brain. 🙂

1. Knocks him off railing as he is more skilled in hand to hand fighting and has proven it(movies only mind you).

2. Based on how these two fight he sure does. You want to eliminate the characters and debate based off feats. Not my thing.

3. Khan stomps here. Data gets destroyed with one shot.

You're wrong; seeing as Data is far stronger, faster and more durable.

according to quanchi's clown logic, one gets to make a ridiculous and baseless assertion and then put the burden of proof on his opponent to prove it wrong. that coupled with the emotional maturity of a 12 year old is why he gets ridiculed and ostracized from wherever he posts.

When has data ever lost a plain hand to hand fight to anyone? Answer: none that I recall. He can easily defeat Borgs, H2H, too.

That's not how any vs. forum runs of which I am aware. It is always based on feats.
