It has blocked smaller, less powerful laser blasts from the Star Wars universe. It is the exception due to its power and size both being greater than any gun from the Star Wars universe which the saber has blocked or deflected.
Yoda had help and was against far less than Khan. Watch the movies.

No, you claimed like an asenine moron that because the lightsaber couldn't block the Death Star's beam, it shouldn't be able to block the Ubergun. Breaking through a sabers blade is vastly different from getting around the Saber Defence.
