I know there are a lot of people posting, but I am still expecting your participation here. Without your input, there is not much to debate. We are nearing closing arguments, anyway, it seems. Your posts feel less invested than they were earlier. He cannot because, per your modus operandi, we do not seem him pull both triggers at the same time. He must either pull the trigger to the repeating weapon, or angle the cannon and then pull the trigger to fire it.
He does an admirable job of using both weapons, switching between them skilfully when the situation arises. Given the disparaging weight and shape of his two weapons, are you certain it would be less difficult for him to fire them simultaneously? Even if you do not, Khan must think so, or else why would he not use the tactical advantage of wielding both guns at once?
Yoda survives wartime, trains a new generation, which leads to the fall of the Sith. That sounds more like a success to me. Your personal opinions of the character do not change the canon.

Yoda hides on a barren world. It's like leaving the city and hiding in a tent. Not really proving anything other than running like a coward. Khan brought the fight to the Federation.
