Yoda didnt get beaten by Palpatine, he "fled" as he was in the heart of Palpatines new Empire, and would have been attached by hundreds of troopers had he not left to fight another day.
By the way, Palpatine would eat Khan for breakfast, so not sure how listing Yoda "losing" to him is such a Pro Khan feat.
ROTS Obi Wan and Anakin would also slaughter Khan, and it was stated that Yoda and Palpatine are on a level (or more) beyond them.
